Cookie Policy
Last updated: 2 September 2026
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the QuanticPlay website, why we use them, and how you can control them.
Cookies set on a player-facing website powered by our platform are governed by that operator's own cookie policy.
2.The categories we use
1. Strictly necessary. Required for the site to work: security and bot protection, load balancing, session integrity, and remembering your cookie choices. These cannot be switched off.
2. Functional. Remember preferences such as language or region so you don't have to set them again. Optional.
3. Analytics and performance. Help us understand which pages are visited, how people navigate the site, and where things break, so we can improve it. Optional and aggregated wherever possible.
4. Marketing and attribution. Record the campaign, referrer or partner link that brought you here so we can measure which activity works, and support relevant advertising. Optional.
4.Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by suppliers we use rather than by us directly. These may include:
- infrastructure and security providers, for bot detection and traffic management;
- analytics providers, for aggregated usage measurement;
- consent-management providers, to record your preferences;
- advertising and social platforms, where a campaign is running.
Third parties set these cookies under their own privacy notices. We keep the list of active providers under review and only enable optional providers once you consent.
5.How long cookies last
- Session cookies — deleted when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies — remain for a set period, typically from one day up to twelve months depending on purpose.
- Consent records — kept long enough that we don't ask you again on every visit.
6.How to manage cookies
You are in control:
- use the cookie banner or preferences link on this site to accept or reject optional categories, and to change your mind later;
- use your browser settings to block or delete cookies, or to browse privately;
- use your device's advertising-preference controls to limit ad personalisation.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the site. Clearing cookies also clears your stored consent choices.
7.Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
There is still no single industry standard for how sites should respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, so this site does not currently change behaviour based on DNT. Where we support an opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control, we will say so here. In the meantime, use the cookie preferences controls to set your choices.
8.Changes to this policy
As our site and suppliers change, so will the cookies we use. We will update this page and the "last updated" date above when that happens.
9.Contact us
